For the method of adjusting the motorcycle clutch line, if the clutch separation is not complete due to the excessive free clearance of the clutch handle, the clutch adjusting wire can be loosened outward to lengthen the steel sheet outside the clutch line to shorten the free clearance stroke. For example, if the clutch handle is not too tight, the clutch adjusting wire can be screwed inward to increase the free clearance of the clutch handle. The free clearance of the clutch handle is about 2.5cm, which is normal.
The clutch is not tight. As long as the clutch cable travel is adjusted correctly (straddle cycling) or the clutch adjusting screw is adjusted correctly (curved beam vehicle). If the clutch is worn and slips, replace its components or assemblies as appropriate.

Turn off the engine as soon as you shift into gear. It should be tightened. Correct tightness of the clutch cable: according to different vehicles, it is generally required that the outermost end of the clutch grip has a free stroke of 20mm. If the adjustment is very tight, the gear is still impulsive; If only the cold car flushes, the hot car is normal, the slight is normal, and the important is that the lubricating oil is unqualified. If the cold and hot car flushes, the clutch part fails.
